We utilize proprietary algorithms to create dynamic price estimates for private charter flights. Our pricing logic is updated frequently to match current market conditions.

With over 2,000,000 user-generated estimates (and growing), and actual pricing from nearly 20yrs of flight bookings, we leverage our data to produce the most accurate pricing possible.

Pricing details

On-demand charter flight pricing is market-driven and thus fluid in nature. We present pricing as a range:

• The price range presented generally occurs around 60% of the time.
• Pricing can be lower or higher depending on customer requirements (less flexibility generally means higher pricing) and other factors.

Our pricing is dynamic and reflects all of the key price drivers that exist in the market:

• Peak days and special events
• Booking lead time
• Historical aircraft availability for the selected route
• Airport-specific price increases (large commercial airports are generally more expensive, for example)

Our estimates are all inclusive:

• Base charter flight cost including fuel, crew, etc – all operational fees.
• Federal Excise Tax (7.5%), segment fees, and foreign-equivalent fees, where applicable.
• Special event fees and other outlier pricing elements.
